Floating Video puts a small video bubble in the corner of your site. It never autoplays: the video starts only after a visitor clicks, then plays in a compact player on the page, not a full-screen takeover.
Use a YouTube link, a Vimeo link or your own video file. YouTube plays through the privacy-enhanced player and Vimeo with do-not-track on; nothing is loaded from either until a visitor clicks. Add a poster image, choose a small, medium or large player, or a portrait shape. Optionally start muted, loop, hide the controls, or add up to five more videos with arrows.
Choose when it appears: only on some pages, hidden on others (such as checkout), on desktop or phones only, after a delay or after the visitor scrolls. Visitors can hide the bubble for the rest of their visit. An optional call-to-action button sits under the player, and any link set to #open-video opens it.
If you already use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, the app can send open and button-click events to them. It sends no data of its own.
Keyboard friendly: Escape closes the player, focus stays inside it, and animations are skipped for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
