InnDesk is a Hotel, AirBnb booking & reservation management app and front desk for small hotels, guesthouses and bed and breakfasts. Guests search, choose a room and confirm on your own website, with no redirect at checkout. You keep the booking, the guest's details and the whole rate. InnDesk never takes a commission. Your morning screen shows who is arriving, who is leaving, what is still to collect and anything that needs a decision. The calendar shades every night by how full it is, so a quiet week and a sold out weekend read at a glance, and you change rates, minimum stays or whole nights by dragging across them. A booking has two lives and InnDesk keeps them apart, because a real hotel does: where the guest is, and where the money is. A guest can be checked in while a balance is owed. Connect any service like AirBnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Vrbo and others that publishes an iCal feed and the same nights stop being sold twice. Those feeds carry dates only, never prices or guest names, and InnDesk says so rather than promising more. Confirmations send themselves in your own colours.
