Pharmacia runs a pharmacy on top of your own site. Your products and stock live in your store; Pharmacia adds the pharmaceutical sheet to each one: active ingredient, laboratory, presentation, shelf, whether it requires a prescription, whether it is a controlled substance and whether it needs cold chain. Lots are tracked with their expiry date and quantity, so each product shows its next expiry and the app warns about lots expiring soon or already expired while they still have stock. Prescriptions are registered with the doctor and licence number, the medications and their instructions, and move from received to in preparation, ready and dispensed. Dispensing creates an order in your store, so sales, stock and the prescription stay linked, and controlled-drug prescriptions carry a retain-prescription warning. The daily view adds up today's paid orders by channel, the low-stock list against each minimum, the lots at risk, the controlled items and the open prescriptions. Pharmacia installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site. Interface in Spanish.
