    Easy to set-up and customzie formsI needed a custom form option to be able to have reactive responses and custom image fields, and this plugin worked perfectly.

    Took me a minute to figure out how to add a formBut the support was amazing and fast. I got it figured out. I wish there was some more customization on setting what which information displays when the submissions hit your inbox but it works!
