Turn any tablet at your entrance into a smart check-in kiosk. Clients tap their name, type the last 4 digits of their phone or show their personal QR pass, and in seconds they see a warm welcome with the classes left on their punch card. Behind the scenes, the app checks that they're booked into the class, that their membership is active and that their health declaration is signed and valid, then marks attendance in your booking calendar. If something is missing, the client is kindly invited to the desk, and your staff see exactly why. Celebrate milestones, birthdays and comebacks right at the door, and let clients renew a punch card with one scan. Health declarations are signed on the client's own phone and renewed on time. Your logo, colors and announcements make the kiosk feel like part of your studio, and it keeps working even when the internet drops. Requires the Bookings app. Membership checks work with the Pricing Plans app.
