Auxilium gives small businesses a help desk inside their site dashboard. Turn customer requests into tickets with a number, priority, category, channel, owner and a response-time target that counts down, and follow the conversation, internal notes and status changes on one timeline. Reply from the ticket through your site inbox, so the customer gets it on the channel they used, by email, or as an internal note. Import inbox conversations that are waiting for an answer as tickets, change status, reassign, resolve and record the customer's rating. An optional AI suggestion drafts the reply using your published articles. The live chat tab lists your inbox conversations so you can answer in real time and open a ticket from any of them. The knowledge base keeps help articles by category, with drafts, publishing, views and helpful votes, and AI can write a first draft from the title. Metrics show open and overdue tickets, average first response and resolution times, satisfaction, daily volume and a breakdown by category, channel, priority and status. Auxilium installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps tickets and articles in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
