This company is a scammer. I found Zoek on Wix.com. Please be aware that many web scammers use Wix.com.
The salesman, Jason Ortman of Zoek, pressured me into signing a 6-month agreement for Instagram and social media marketing, plus 6-month Google SEO marketing. When I told him I intended to use social media but wasn't sure it would work and was thinking about trying it. The salesperson persuaded me to sign the contract, and I paid in full after signing without knowing if this was the rig...

**An attractive website is of little value if you can't maintain it.**
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Zoek.
Our nonprofit organization hired Zoek to develop a website that we could maintain and update as needed. Unfortunately, routine changes have turned into an exercise in frustration.
Adding a simple employment announcement and updating the mobile layout required extensive troubleshooting....

Zoek Marketing was a waste of money for me. First they promised the world to get me to sign up and when I did, I couldn't see much evidence that they had actually done anything. After five months my Google ranking hadn't changed. So I put some questions to them about what they had actually done in the previous 5 months and they never answered them so after 4 weeks of waiting I cancelled. Luckily I only had a 6 month contract, be wary of the pressure and tactics they use to sign you up....

Do not hire, not good. Took my $399, then sent me to another person, he tried selling me on things I didn't want, hard sell, wouldn't stop until I said please stop selling me. Then took a week to do the work (said he was sick) and then the work was insufficient, did not fix the check-out issue. Got a customer complaint after work of not being able to check out. So I went in and AI figured it out myself, built categories to fix the issue, I asked for my money back and they said hard no....

The worst experience ever!
First of all, this partner forced me to sign their completion form, then told me to go ahead and complete the rest of the website myself. I am livid right now.
They shouldn't be allowed to do this with other Wix customer....
