Hconnect is a telemarketing start-up that wanted a strong online presence but preferred to focus their client acquisition efforts through social media rather than a traditional website. We set up and optimized their social media accounts across key platforms, ensuring brand consistency, clear messaging, and a professional presentation from day one.

In addition to the initial setup, we developed a scaling strategy tailored to their industry—building targeted audience lists, creating engaging content templates, and implementing lead generation campaigns that could be replicated and expanded as their client base grew.

By leveraging social media as their primary sales channel, Hconnect was able to bypass the costs and time associated with traditional marketing, instead connecting directly with their ideal audience. The MelissaConsultant.com website was designed and developed as a central hub to showcase a full range of professional digital services while also functioning as a direct sales platform for two published books—both of which are used as course materials at York University and Georgian College.

To make booking services seamless, we implemented a staff scheduling system in the backend that syncs availability in real time, preventing double bookings. Clients can schedule appointments as part of a custom package or book services on demand, with integrated payment options for convenience.

For recurring clients, we created a membership portal that allows users to pay upfront on a monthly subscription basis. Members can redeem multiple services as needed within their plan, giving them flexibility while ensuring a steady workflow for the business.

The Parker Pickers website was designed and developed to showcase their growing collection of vintage treasures. While building their online presence, we also set up and optimized their Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji store, creating a multi-channel selling strategy from the start.
