Communication was a major issue. I didn’t receive a call when promised, and calls came at times I wasn’t available. The confusion was attributed to me, even with my email proof. My project manager didn’t respond to update requests, and when I reached out to someone higher up for support, I received no response—only an automated notice that my contract was canceled. Disappointed in the lack of follow-through....

I requested the $100.00 a month plan for 6 months to help push my site and was sent the $600.00 per month plan to sign for a 6 month term. I have no trust in this company also after setting up my Domaine and agreeing to use the Zoek SEO service I have been slammed with many emails from other services. not impressed....
