Its been a few months of working with Zoek here is my update about my experience working with them. The price for the work in my opinion is far too much. They basically give you a basic mix template but with some photos and the copy added to it. This would take you a few hours to do yourself to make the equivalent. I eventually was able to get them to make me a good design that I would feel comfortable using for my business. They did not do SEO like they said. Carolina has been terrible ...

I paid over $1000 AUD to Gozoek, a Wix-recommended supplier, for website fixes and a membership space with a 3–4 day turnaround. They delivered poor-quality work, demanded more money to fix their mistakes, and refused a refund even after I waited months for work to be completed - it never arrived. Their contracts also appear to violate California law due to unclear terms. This experience disrupted my business—avoid Gozoek and proceed cautiously with Wix suppliers....

I do NOT recommend Zoek. Their premise is that the customer is completely capable of designing their own website and knows EXACTLY what should be included and how the pages should be aligned. If I know all that, why would I pay close to $2000AUD to have someone just insert templates and nothing else? NO consultation, NO offer to help, NO effort to spend time to understand what I need. All they do is to push something out in a hurry, push it to live site without checking with me and collect fees....
