Great attitude throughout the service requested, with a 17-page audit summary detailing what was done and what active changes in my behavioural approach I should take to remain with my SEO being recognised by Google as an active business.
From text formatting and font size changes to ensure it is mobile-friendly, and safely recognised as a non-virus business by Google and anti-virus software.

I like to provide a two-part SEO report; one part detailing what has been done (I sometimes come across websites where the previous SEO hasn't even done the basics, so I always give a list of optimizations performed which the client can verify against) and a second part giving actionable advice, saying what should be changed and why.

Tom Nelan was great and easy to work with! I would say one of the best things about working with Tom was how responsive he was communicating through email. We never had to wait long for a response, even despite the time difference between continents.
The recommendations he made for design/wording changes to our website were clear and were presented with explanations as to how that would benefit the SEO. We weren't seeing the website traffic we needed, and decided to bring in some expertise. We're so glad to have found Tom! He was a pleasure to work with from the start. Instead of just diving in, he took the time to understand our business and goals.
He first recommended some design tweaks which made a big difference to the look and feel of our website. After we had followed his recommendations, he went to work on his SEO magic.
