Namit ended the zoom call without any notice then abandoned the project without any explanation or reason provided even when asked. He requested developer access to my site while the requirements of the project were still being discussed which I found dubious and suspicious. I declined to provide developer access instead I provided admin rights. Soon after which, the zoom call dropped and Namit abandoned the project. I would not recommend Pioneer Digital Services and I have filed a complaint with WIX directly. I also notified Namit with Pioneer Digital Services prior to making my complaint with WIX and prior to writing this review. Namit ignored my messages and also ignored my complaints to him directly about his lack of professionalism. He literally simply read my messages on WhatsApp ( a medium we had previously been using to communicate) and chose to ignore....
