I hired Robert after seeing that he had so many positive reviews. I emailed him with things I wanted done to make my website more user friendly. We emailed back and forth a couple of time and then had a zoom meeting. He told me things that he was going to do. After a couple of days, he came back with a totally new design that we loved. He continued making changes we wanted to get things working better. After we went live with the new site there were some bugs to be worked out. Robert fixed everything we asked him to do. I would highly recommend him for any website project you want done. Thanks again Robert 😀😀...

I recently enlisted No BS Design and Marketing on the redesign of my website, and while the experience was positive overall, there were a few challenges that arose during the process.
One issue was that the work was outsourced to a third party, which was not discussed in our discovery call. While I did not have a problem with this, I had expected that the person I spoke with on the call was who would be doing the work, so I would have liked to have been made aware of this part of their process.
Additionally, in the first draft of the redesign, I saw that almost all of my original text had been replaced with AI-generated content without my prior knowledge or approval, which is not in line with my website's tone and style. As an editor and writer, it is extremely important to me that my original words are what potential clients see, and it was rather off-putting to see that a good majority of my written content was replaced on the site.
Several links to external sites attached to images were removed during the build, again without my knowledge or approval. It seems like the web designer would have noted that each image was hyperlinked and replaced the links without me having to request it.
Similarly, some of my personal images were replaced with AI-generated images without my input or approval, and I had to request that they be restored to their originals.
Communication throughout the project could have been more proactive. Towards the end, I had to inquire about the progress, as the website editor seemed to lack activity.
However, I must say that I am pleased with the website's final design. With some improvements in communication and ensuring that changes are made in consultation with the client, No BS Design and Marketing has the potential to provide an even better service.
I would recommend them, keeping these considerations in mind....

Working in the global corporate world, I was impressed with Rob's swift response to all of my communication and requests. There was no need to have to explain to Rob how I wanted my site to look, he got it straight away!
