In my opinion, communication was very good until payment was made; afterward, replies required follow-ups despite promised extras like 3-month free support. The mobile site was prepared well, but I felt... the 500 PLN SEO configuration was limited to selecting WIX-suggested keywords, achievable independently at no cost. Overall, I personally think the same results could be obtained for free.

Regarding the promised free technical support for 3 months,... you still have it. We will pay particular attention to improving our communication in this area.We also understand your observations regarding the 500 PLN SEO configuration. Our goal was to provide professional, initial support in optimization, based on our experience according to brand new site. Nevertheless, we understand that after the service was completed, you realized it might have been possible to perform some of these actions independently.5
