She was unprofessional, rude and did not complete anything, yet she states she did. We could not connect on Zoom properly and after 1/2 hour I asked for a refund. She is impossible to work with, not a business woman like me. I am upset and out $150.00 for nothing....

I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed with the partial video session. You still have 30 minutes remaining from the hour you purchased.
During our time I helped you log into the Zoom call and guided you to provide me website access so that I could make edits. Instructions for logging into Zoom and providing administrative access were e-mailed prior to our call so that time did not have to be spent on these steps. To make the most of our session, it's important to be familiar with Zoom's screen-sharing feature so that time can be focused on website edits versus the Zoom functionality.
30 minutes of complimentary consultation was also already provided through an additional onboarding call and our last video call.
While I can't offer a refund, your remaining time is still available for use and can waive the reschedule fee if you'd like to continue.... 0

Emily from Small Business Startup Solutions was excellent to work with. She was able to accommodate meeting times, design changes and put together a website that I am more than pleased with. She helped me get started from A to Z with business accounts, taxes, shipping - everything. All for a very reasonable cost.
