This template leverages Velo code, CMS Collections, and Triggered Emails, Twillio SMS to deliver an unlimited, conflict-free booking system without relying on any third-party calendar synchronization. All services, staff, pricing, and weekly availability are managed directly within the CMS through the BookingServices, Staff, and BookedServices collections.
Visitors can choose a service, optional add-ons, location (on-site or at the client’s location with an applicable travel fee), preferred date and time, and staff member. Available time slots are dynamically generated by intersecting service availability with staff working hours, while already-booked or conflicting slots are automatically excluded—even across multiple staff members.
The pricing system supports fixed, free, and variable (“from”) pricing models, with add-ons calculated into a live total. Payments are processed through Wix Pay for online checkout, while zero-cost bookings are confirmed instantly. Once a booking is submitted, it is saved to the CMS, a confirmation email is triggered, and a separate notification is sent when payment is successfully captured.
Administrators can bulk show or hide services, assign shared weekly schedules, and perform create, update, or delete operations directly from the Admin view. The user interface is fully responsive, built with repeaters and dynamic states for a seamless experience across devices.
